Kim earned a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture from the New England School of Acupuncture in 2008. She is licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Medicine 2008 and is nationally certified by the NCCAOM 2025. Following graduation, she pursued a traditional path for advanced clinical training during a seven year apprenticeship in Japanese-style acupuncture and three years study in Chinese Medical Tuina in Quebec City. This period of mentorship provided an invaluable foundation in both the traditional and scientific application of acupuncture and manual therapy.

Kim is dedicated to patient education and to providing individualized treatment plans designed to restore the body to optimal health. Each client receives a tailored approach based on their unique presentation and wellness goals. She particularly enjoys working with individuals who are motivated to take an active role in their recovery, as well as those seeking relief from the everyday stresses of modern life. The clinic environment is intentionally designed to be peaceful and restorative.

Recognizing the impact of daily stress on overall health, Kim integrates acupuncture, nutritional support, and herbal medicine to promote physical balance and emotional well-being. She works exclusively with Standard Process and MediHerb products, both recognized for their medical-grade quality and clinical efficacy.

Committed to continued professional development, Kim consistently refines and expands her clinical skills to incorporate the most current, evidence-informed treatments. The clinic offers a comprehensive range of modalities, including Japanese-style abdominal palpation, Chinese and Japanese acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping therapy, gua sha, Sound Bowl Therapy, and electroacupuncture. These integrated methods often benefit patients who have not experienced adequate relief through other acupuncture approaches or conventional western medical treatments.

As the clinic does not participate with insurance providers, treatment plans are determined solely by clinical judgment and patient need, ensuring the most effective and efficient care possible. Most clients notice measurable improvement within three to six sessions, though some may require up to twelve to achieve lasting results. Kim encourages patients to allow sufficient time for healing and partners with them to achieve the best possible version of health—both physically and emotionally.

She welcomes new patients and looks forward to sharing the benefits of this remarkable, time-honored medicine.
