I was introduced to non-western medicine in my 20's. A series of accidents left me unable to stand up straight and I was experiencing severe pain on a daily basis. I was told I had nerve damage and there was nothing more western medicine could do for my condition.

A massage therapist referred me to a chiropractor who I will always have the deepest gratitude. At her wellness center I was treated with chiropractic, acupuncture, herbal medicine and energy work which enabled me to feel and experience life very differently. I became trained in energy work a year later. I developed a small healing practice as well as having a career in veterinary medicine, environmental activism and the restaurant industry over the next 14 years. In 2004 I finally decided to go to acupuncture school to become a full time health care provider.

I am a general practioner of Chinese medicine with an expertise in orthopedic disorders and trauma. I apprenticed with the renowned acupuncturist Kiiko Matsumoto  for 7 years with 1500 hours of clinical observation time and  studied medical Tuina for 9 years with Bill Helm of Pacifica College. I am passionate about being the best practitioner I can be and am constantly updating my skill set to bring you the most updated and current treatments for various conditions.

I have been using Chinese and Alternative Medicine for over 20 years and blend my personal and clinical experiences  to create a treatment style and a clinic atmosphere which I hope assists you in finding health, peace and happiness. I look forward to sharing this exciting and incredible natural medicine with you.
